The problem of infertility affects approximately 20% married couples, and the number people affected by this is still increasing[5,6]. Developed countries are characterized prevalence primary infertility, while in developing there a high rate secondary infertility[8,9]. most common cause marital obstruction fallopian tubes, which occurs 30-35% women requires surgical intervention. However, both sexes dominated immunological hormonal disorders (25%-30% cases)[3,4]. basic examination male fertility determined semen analysis, women, many tests should be performed order to make diagnosis: anamnesis, gynecological examination, ultrasound repeatedly during menstrual cycle (ovulation assessment), tests, post-coital bacteriological cultures, hysterosalpingography or laparoscopy [20].
