The cornerstone of baby and young child survival, healthy growth development, future generations, national development is infancy feeding (IYCF). Inappropriate practices in infants early children, as well their repercussions, are substantial roadblocks to longterm socioeconomic poverty reduction, with acute chronic health effects for individuals. Breastfeeding exclusively the first six months a baby’s life safest healthiest method feeding. Articles were searched accessed using key terms, like “Infant practice”, “Exclusive feeding”, “Non-exclusive “Formula Practice”, “Cost not breast “Economic benefit feeding”. 38 published articles, 7 global standards guidelines, 4 EDHS result reports one website included this review. Artificial can cost up $1,200 per year powdered formula, which four times expense breastfeeding, costs about $300 additional food lactating mom. Parental literacy, delivery Institutions, spontaneous vaginal delivery, higher ANC visits, PNC attendance, maternal counseling during pregnancy sex being female some factors among positively associated exclusive whereas, full-time employment mothers, urban residency, high weight baby, caesarean-delivery, low wealth index, younger age male few mention negatively
