Industrial Pollution Governance in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Based on Industrial Relocation

Industrial relocation and ecological subsidy are viewed as effective ways to overcome transboundary industrial pollution. In this paper, we study the pollution control problem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region context of relocation. Firstly, construct an economic model with relevant variables such environmental tax damage coefficient. Secondly, solve contributions by using proportional split-off solution. Finally, compare optimal quantity welfare functions both cooperative non-cooperative cases. Our research finds that: 1) The strategy is closely related utility coefficient, loss coefficient incentive intensity 2) function case significantly greater than those case. Based on analysis, some suggestions provided for management.
