Induksi Ketahanan sistemik Tanaman Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) Menggunakan Rizobakteri Indigenous Terhadap Viabilitas dan Vigor Benih Tomat

Abstrak. Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) merupakan jenis buah yang disukai masyarakat karena kandungan gizinya terhadap kesehatan tubuh. Kandungan zat pada tomat seperti vitamin C dan mineral. Buah dimanfaatkan sebagai sayur-sayuran, bumbu dapur, bahan konsumsi, penambah selera makan, tambahan pewarna makanan, kosmetik herbal. Komposisi dapat mengatasi banyak penyakit serta mencegah kanker, yaitu kanker prostat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rizobakteri indigenous dalam mempertahankan viabilitas, vigor benih, meningkatkan pertumbuhan bibit menginduksi ketahanan sistemik tanaman. dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu Teknologi Benih Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala. dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial 14 perlakuan rizobakteri, 2 kontrol setiap taraf percobaan ulang 3 kali. Faktor diteliti penelitian adalah pengaruhnya benih tanaman tanaman, terdiri dari yaitu: LDG 3/2 (R1), 3/3 (R2) , 3/6 (R3), 4/1 CT (R4), P (R5), 4/2 (R6), 4/9 (R7), 5/2 (R8), 5/3 (R9), 6/2 (R10), 6/4 (R11), 6/5 (R12), 7/3 (R13) 7/7 (R14), Sebagai Kontrol (+) (R0) tanpa (-) aquades. diuji lanjut Duncan Numeric Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) 5%. Parameter diamati potensi tumbuh maksimum (PTM), daya berkecambah (DB), indeks (IV), keserempakan (KST), kecepatan relatif (KCT-R) waktu dibutuhkan mencapai 50% perkecambahan (T50), pengukuran enzim peroksidase. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa induksi berpengaruh nyata parameter aktivitas Rizobakteri angka tertinggi 0,513 U mg-1protein, 0,396 mg-1protein 0,385 0,376 baik dibandingkan 12 lainnya.Induction of Sytemic Resistance Tomato Plants Using Indigenous Rizobakteria against seed Viability and VigorAbstract. is one type fruit that very popular with the public because it has a lot nutritional content for health body. Parameters observed maximum potential germination capacity index simultaneous relative speed time required reach (T50). seedlings measuring enzyme peroxidase. results showed induction had significant measurement parameters peroxidase activity. rhizobacteria reached highest number, 0.513 mg-1 protein, 0.396 protein 0.385 0.376 good compared other treatments.
