Indicator of Job Satisfaction Related to Intention to Quit in Peruvian Nurses

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and intention quit among nurses in Peru. methodology used quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational study. sample consisted 335 nursing professionals from various public private institutions G Clinic questionnaire was measure Boshoff Allen quit. results show that 55.5% had medium 63.6% low levels leave. higher satisfaction, work climate, interpersonal relationships, motivation recognition, lower (p?0.05). It concluded there a negative mean correlation found quit, same true for dimensions satisfaction. important health strengthen their workers order build loyalty prevent them leaving jobs.
