Incremental construction of three-way concept lattice for knowledge discovery in social networks

چکیده

Three-way concept analysis (3WCA), a combination of three-way decision and formal analysis, is widely used in the field knowledge discovery. Generally, constructing lattices requires original context its complement simultaneously. Additionally, existing lattice construction algorithms focus on static context, cannot cope with dynamic that an essential representation social networks. Toward this end, paper pioneers novel problem method for incremental discovery Aiming to facilitate efficiency, firstly investigates attribute-incremental/object-incremental contexts, respectively. Then, network can be viewed as special both attribute-increment object-increment. Further, we develop AE/OE algorithms, called SNS-AE SNS-OE. Extensive experiments are conducted various contexts evaluate effectiveness our algorithms. The experimental results demonstrate proposed significantly decrease time compared non-incremental algorithm.
