Most (48/53) did not receive any treatment after diagnosis. these untreated patients, 43/48 (89.5%) had experienced flare over median follow-up 4.5 years (IQR 2-8, range 1-15 years). None 8 (n=14) When comparing group without immediate post-diagnosis (n=5, n=48, respectively), there no difference survival (p=0.3). 48 treatment, immunomodulators/biologics initiated 4(8.3%) during follow-up. Surgery occurred 2 parameters examined, including age, CRP, ileal versus locations, having complicated phenotype (B2/B3 B1) found predict later on. Many an can probably be followed-up treatment. Although majority complications follow-up, close monitoring progression prudent.
