Objective: One of the common clinical problems warranting urologic evaluation is asymptomatic microscopic hematuria (AMH). According to some studies, it has prevalence as high 38% with a possibility disease or malignancy around 23%. The presence AMH would be quite dilemma urologist in terms how aggressive and follow up recommended. present study was determine incidence significant diseases among Filipino patients on initial follow-up. This also if there difference less than 35 years old more AMH. Methods: A total number 95 (38 male, 57 female) were included this study. All presented They grouped age, gender, duration underwent cystoscopy diagnostic imaging (ultrasound, CT urogram, stonogram) evaluation.
