Incidence of post-operative pain using three different endodontic preparation instruments

Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the incidence post-operative pain after cleaning and shaping with three file system using Hand, Rotary Reciprocating motion in maxillary mandibular molars. Materials Method: A total 60 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: group 1 (n=20) teeth prepared hand protaper till F2 size. In 2 primary wave one gold 3(n= 20) pre score noted visual analog scale at 12, 24, 48 72 hours preparation. Results: all instrumentation values higher than post-instrumentation. There significant difference among groups highest followed by files 12 hours. Conclusion: Post- operative significantly lower treated rotary as compared systems.
