Inborn or acquired changes in children under three years of age – a review of the literature

This study aimed to discuss some inborn and acquired changes in the oral cavity young children under three years of age. Based on current literature, eruption cyst, Riga-Fede disease, natal neonatal teeth, congenital epulis, Epstein pearls, Bohn’s nodules, gingival cyst newborns have been described. The symptoms, clinical presentation, histological features these changes, their epidemiology, prevalence, etiopathogenesis, differential diagnosis, management were taken into consideration present them accurately. Described normal findings anomalies are not very common, so they require precise diagnosis properly. Having relevant knowledge issues is important both for pediatricians pediatric dentists who always cooperate distinguish pathology or anomaly start dealing with it. To our knowledge, this first literature review presenting comprehensive thorough specification abnormalities occurring children’s mouth, basing most recent scientific between 1999 2022.
