Cancer is a type of disease uncontrolled growth cells. The currently available treatments are radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy and surgery, in which all them have side effects. Due to the adverse effects, it challenging develop new drug for cancer treatment. Hence, scientists trying seek compounds from natural sources treat cancer. Therefore, this present investigation, root leaf extracts Jurinea dolomiaea Boiss has subjected evaluate its anti-proliferative effect along with molecular signaling apoptosis Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) cell line. exhibit considerable scavenging activity comparison standard antioxidant BHT. Moreover, were able agglutinate 2% RBC goat blood at minimum 12.5 g/mL 50.0 concentration respectively. Cytotoxic was also found extract. In haemocytometic observation, extract about 62.54±2.41% 53.96±2.34% inhibition respectively where as anticancer Bleomycin showed 79.43±1.92% inhibition.
