چکیده
Meloidogyne graminicola is an economic yield loss causing major pest of rice globally. For managing this pest, biological control practices act as alternate strategy, it the most effective and economic. Plant growth promoting rhizospheric bacteria (PGPR) are significant because they benefit plants both directly indirectly by enhancing plant provides long lasting antagonistic effects against parasitic nematodes. Considering in vitro efficacy research experiment nematoxicity native rhizobacterial strains was conducted, egg hatching M. at S/2 S/4 concentration levels intact bacterial culture cell free filtrates (CFCs). The behavior root-knot nematode eggs observed on days for ten which resulted inhibition all cultures levels. When compared to untreated control, Bacillus spp. showed i.e,86.8% 84.8%. Similarly, level concentration, hating such 83.7% 79.8% recorded filtrates. rate inversely proportional exposure time, decreasing increased. results revealed potential makes more feasible environmentally safe approach management graminicola.

Root-knot nematodes (RKNs), Meloidogyne spp, are found in all temperate and tropical areas, and are among the most damaging plant pathogens worldwide. M. graminincola is an economically important root parasite on upland, lowland and deepwater rice. FMRFamide-like peptides (FLPs) play significant role as neurotransmitters or neuromodulators in the nervous system and proposed as one of the import...
متن کاملA Technique for the Detection of Soil Infestation with Rice Root-Knot Nematode, Meloidogyne graminicola at Farmer s Field
A simple and applicable technique was developed for the detection of soil infestation with rice rootknot nematode, Meloidogyne graminicola by farmers themselves at their fields. The collected soil samples from root-knot nematode infested fields were diluted by adding sterilized sand in the ratio of 1: 1, 1: 3, 1: 7, 1: 15, 1: 31 and 1: 63 and sown with sprouted rice seeds (cv MUT 7029) for dete...
متن کاملScreening and identification of cucumber germplasm and rootstock resistance against the root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita).
Root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp) are destructive agricultural pests that reduce the productivity of cultivated vegetables worldwide, especially when vegetables are cropped continuously in greenhouses. Cucumbers (Cucumis sativus L.), in particular, suffer extensive damage due to root-knot nematodes, and only a few wild species are known to be resistant. Grafting of cultivated plants to root...

Trichoderma sp. is one of the endophytic fungi, which is produce toxic culturefiltrate against plant pathogen e.g plant parasitic nematode. Experiments were conducted to in vitro bioassays of the antagonistic effects of culturefiltrate produced by endophytic fungi Trichoderma sp. in different medium on mobility and mortality of Meloidogyne-J2. Three different medium of culturfiltrate were inves...

The Nematodes are roundworms that are found in every environment of the earth. While some species are harmful parasites, others play a vital role in nutrient cycle and medical research. Nematode infestation in the fields is poly-specific; however, depending on the agro-climatic conditions, one or two species are dominant over the rest. The present studies attempts to observe and control the roo...
