چکیده
Thanks to their various promising properties, bioactive peptides extracted from microalgae have recently attracted great attention scientists. These compounds been mostly obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis. In the present study, proteins marine microalga Rhodomonas sp. were hydrolysated into using alcalase and pepsin. After obtaining peptides, we characterized them crude protein Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Then, biological activities of all preparations evaluated. Antioxidant activity was investigated DPPH (2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical-scavenging ferric reducing power assays. The results showed that presents higher antioxidant (74% at 1 mg/mL) compared after hydrolysis pepsin (56.5% (47.5% mg/mL). anti-inflammatory also evaluated inhibition denaturation albumin assay. An interesting extract. It improved reach 89% 500 µg/mL. data could be a potential source valuable for pharmaceutical cosmetic fields.

متن کاملBioactive peptide from Pyropia yezoensis and its anti-inflammatory activities.
Pyropia yezoensis (P. yezoensis) is an important marine algae. Its high protein content serves as a good source of biologically active peptides. Potent inhibitory effects on the production of inflammatory mediators were observed in a bioactive peptide derived from P. yezoensis (peptide from P. yezoensis; PPY1), as demonstrated in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated macrophages. The present stud...
