چکیده
The Gacun deposit is a typical Volcanic Hosted Massive Sulfide (VHMS) associated with Late Triassic seafloor calc-alkaline felsic volcanics. Studies of zircon ages, petrology, major and trace element geochemistry, Sr-Nd-Hf isotope geochemistry volcanic rocks from the Northern Yidun arc were undertaken in this paper. We reshaped magmatic system activity time, defined origin magma evolution, proposed metallogenic model deposit. Whole-rock compositions island indicate that they are complete basalt–andesite–dacite–rhyolite assemblage, showing three obvious stages composition evolution. They enriched large-ion lithophile light rare earth elements, but depleted high field-strength heavy weak-to-negligible Eu anomalies (obvious rhyolite). These geochemical features based on ancient continental crust. Ganzi–Litang oceanic subduction induced mantle melting produced basaltic magma, while MASH processes at bottom crust andesitic magma. Part andesite erupted to form lava. remaining part was mixed via anatexis (approximately 20%–40% crustal component), forming ore-bearing rhyolite. Zircon U-Pb age data defines magmatic–hydrothermal mineralization sequence events: At 238 Ma, magmatism led formation eastern 233 zone (the western deposit), large-scale bimodal formed main rock series deposit, rhyolitic rocks. 221 eruptions tended end sub-volcanic intrusion occurred, lava dome, which located under dome acted as thermal engine promoted hydrothermal circulation. reached peak 217 ± 1 VHMS formed.

Chemical Abrasion Applied to LA-ICP-MS U–Pb Zircon Geochronology
Zircon (ZrSiO4) is the most commonly used mineral in U–Pb geochronology. Although it has proven to be a robust chronometer, it can suffer from Pb-loss or elevated common Pb, both of which impede precision and accuracy of age determinations. Chemical abrasion of zircon involves thermal annealing followed by relatively low temperature partial dissolution in HF acid. It was specifically developed ...
متن کاملNd–Hf–Sr–Pb isotopes and trace element geochemistry of Proterozoic lamproites from southern India: Subducted komatiite in the source
The probable sources of some of the famous Indian diamonds are the 1.2 Ga old Krishna lamproites of Southern India, a rare Proterozoic occurrence of lamproites which are usually Cretaceous or younger in age. In this study we report Nd, Sr, Pb and Hf isotopes and multiple trace element concentrations of the Krishna lamproites. The goals are to evaluate mantle-processes and the petrogenesis of th...
متن کاملDating of Precambrian Metasedimentary Rocks and Timing of their Metamorphism in the Soursat Metamorphic Complex (NW IRAN): Using LA–ICP-MS, U–Pb Dating of Zircon and Monazite
Soursat Metamorphic Complex (SMC) in west of Takab city is one of the polyphase metamorphic terrenes in northern Sanandaj-Sirjan metamorphic belt of Iran. The SMC composed mainly of metasedimentary rocks associated with granitic intrusions. Based on metamorphic rocks, two metamorphic phases could be separate in the complex. M1 is representative of regional metamorphisms which varies from greens...
