چکیده

Catalytic conversion of pyrolysis vapor from biomass was performed over CeO2 catalysts to produce ketones. Thermogravimetric-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (TG-GC/MS) and TG-MS were applied understand the distribution vapors various including rape straw, poplar, cypress bagasse. The favorable feedstock with high yield ketones other useful components screened out for directional ketonization. results showed that temperature range generally below 400 °C, bagasse a reasonable raw material ketonization highest 33.68% at 380 since it contained most cellulose hemicellulose in same quality. activity acetone increased higher temperature, secondary reaction occurred, resulting reduction overall total treated 9 h boosted by 16.18% than nonseawater-treated biomass. By introduction metal ions effectively, component changed, making easier large molecular substances be converted small ones during pyrolysis. Through this research, effective utilization could realized.

Kinetics of biomass catalytic pyrolysis.

The Coats-Redfern method was used to analyze the kinetic characteristics of biomass catalytic pyrolysis, indicating that it can be described by multi-step reactions, rather than as a simple first-order reaction. Friedman model-free calculations were used to describe the starting reaction types and the corresponding initial kinetic parameters. Finally, nonlinear regression of biomass catalytic p...

Effect of Catalytic Pyrolysis Conditions Using Pulse Current Heating Method on Pyrolysis Products of Wood Biomass

The influence of catalysts on the compositions of char and pyrolysis oil obtained by pyrolysis of wood biomass with pulse current heating was studied. The effects of catalysts on product compositions were analyzed using GC-MS and TEM. The compositions of some aromatic compounds changed noticeably when using a metal oxide species as the catalyst. The coexistence or dissolution of amorphous carbo...
