In-silico Characterization of ICE1 Transcriptional Factor in Cold Signalling Network in Mungbean (Vigna radiata L.)
نویسندگان
چکیده
Aim: Mungbean (Vigna radiata L.) is a leguminous crop with high rich of protein and susceptible to cold stress. In silico characterization ICE1, tolerant transcriptional factor in Vigna regulatory network other species special refrence legume crops.
Methodology: Genomic sequences radiata, V. angularis unguculata crops were retrieved from NCBI (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) used for multiple sequence alignment, Phylogenetic comparative analysis ICE1 motif analysis.
Results: The present study showed that (VrICE1) gene was closely related VaICE1 angularis) then VuICE1 unguiculata). also revealed the bHLH domain region (247-298aa) low complexity co-localization signals V.radiataICE1. There similarities dissimilarities isoforms V.radiata. It noted VrICE1 had average hydropathicity (GRAVY) -0.593 one -0.6 other. An instability index 64.58 64.90. higher percentage non-polar amino acid content more number random coils followed by alpha helix secondary structure. there major involvement proteins biological molecular functions under stress.
Conclusion: bioinformatics tools help researchers getting information regard functional aspect respect tolerance. A comprehensive different physical chemical properties could us identify their diversified usefulness.

Cloning and Molecular Characterization of MIPS and Phytase from Mungbean (Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek)
Mungbean has claimed its rich source of protein and premium quality of starch; however the disadvantage of antinutritional factor phytic acid in monogastric animals is needed to be decreased. Understanding both upand down-stream of phytic acid biosynthetic pathway will be a great benefit for controlling the appropriate level phytic acid in legumes. متن کاملINHERITANCE OF HYPOCOTYL COLOUR AND PUBESCENCE IN MUNGBEAN (VIGNA RADIATA (L.) WILCZEK)
The mode of inheritance of seedling color and plant pubescence was studied in two crosses among three parents, which differed for these traits. The results have revealed that purple seedling color was dominant over green seedling color and pubescence was dominant over nonpubescence. These two traits segregated independently of each other may be used as morphological markers individually for dif...

15 صفحه اولGENETIC DIVESITY AND MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION OF MUNGBEAN GENOTYPES (Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek)
The present investigation was undertaken to examine the genetic divergence in 50 mungbean germplasm lines for 13 characters using Mahalanobis D statistics. The genotypes grouped into eight clusters. Cluster VII had maximum intra-cluster distance while inter-cluster distance was highest between clusters V and VII. Cluster means indicated that none of the clusters was superior for all the charact...
