Prof. Massimo Cocchi, one of the most experienced scientists in nutritional biochemistry, past and honorary President Italian Society for Experimental Biology (Società Italiana di Biologia Sperimentale), passed away on May 19th, 2022, his house San Lazzaro Savena (Bologna).
