In MemoriamDavid Wagenknecht Deborah Swedberg With great sadness, we mark the passing of David who edited SiR for 33 years, from Summer 1977 to 2010. He died on October 12, 2021 after an extended illness. During his editorship, journal flourished, publishing a range voices both inside and adjacent province Romanticism, which had effect broadening deepening field, he accomplished with utmost modesty. discussed experience in interview by Charles J. Rzepka, succeeded him as editor, 50th Anniversary issue SiR, 2011. January 2013, was also honored award Keats-Shelley Association America tenure editor.
