Existing information-measuring systems (IMS) do not fully correspond to the tasks of monitoring electric power installations (EPI) in terms their characteristics. The capabilities IMS have certain limitations regarding probability measurement results and degree invariance influence operational factors. This proves that for modern failure-free EPI technical operation, new diagnostic tools are demand. Such means should be seamlessly integrated enable high efficiency performance reliability. Therefore, it is particular relevance tackle scientific issue rational combination protection preservation characteristics fiber-optic sensors relative humidity control ship EPI.
