Improving the technology and equipment for industrial production of nanoplates by liquid-phase shear exfoliation of layered crystals

چکیده
For the production of nanoplates from layered crystals by liquid-phase shear exfoliation, patent-protected technologies and equipment have been developed. The main difference between proposed known ones is that exfoliation process possible only shearing in continuous operation. Particular interest can be explained following advantages this technology relation to others: chemical reagents are used minimal amounts (3–4 mLL–1) as surfactants prevent agglomeration formed during exfoliation; a rule, one components created structural or functional material serves liquid dispersion medium; energy costs much less than when using other technologies; easily scalable. kinetics has studied it established concentration nanoplate-layered mainly depends on total path particles traveled them zone, i.e. zone contact movable blades with inner surface stator.
