A nano-robot is a controlled robotic system at the nanoscale. Nowadays, nanorobotics has become of particular interest in medicine and pharmacy. The accurate diagnosis diseases as well their rapid treatment will make everyone surprised significantly reduce associated risks. modeling reliability biosensors studied for first time this paper. use practical hardware redundancy turned into most cost-effective to improve system. Additionally, Markov model used design fault-tolerant systems nanotechnology. proposed method compared with some existing methods, such triple modular non-fault-tolerant systems; it shown that using method, larger number faults between 3-5 can be tolerated.
