Improving the Provision of Medical Care to Patients With Stroke Using JCI Standards. First Results

AIM OF THE STUDY To compare the dynamics of thrombolytic therapy effectiveness in patients with stroke after reorganization medical care using JCI standards. MATERIAL AND METHODS In 2022, a new system for routing at level emergency department was introduced Emergency Care Hospital; and 976 diagnosis brain infarction were treated. The analysis results carried out by comparing mortality rates from ischemic stroke, number therapies procedures mechanical methods revascularization, as well indicators “Door-CT”, “DoorNeedle”, “Door-Opening” 2021 10 months 2022. RESULTS After introduction level, there appeared first positive results. Thus, rate 2022 decreased 5.6% compared to 2021. performed increased 5.2%, revascularization 1.62% over same period, while “Door-CT” indicator 27 minutes, “DoorNeedle” 22 31.6 minutes. CONCLUSIONS immediate patient have proved successful, primarily due significant reduction cerebral 5.6%. However, process requires further investigation has application points improvement.
