Improving Learning Quality Through Infrastructure Management

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the design, organization, execution, oversight infrastructure facilities in order improve quality learning at SMP Negeri 01 Belitang II. This study employs a qualitative approach. Data analysis analysis, namely data reduction, display, conclusion making. study's findings were examined through four components management implementation: planning, organizing, implementing, supervising design step involves developing many programs carefully preparing so that students may have pleasant amenities while not incurring high school costs. organizational stage begins with selection those who will carry out responsibilities or job task division, including principal, vice teachers, TU personnel. principal determines procedure implementing cooperation treasurer, deputy head facility supplies any items as needed. are then supervised ensure their usage maintenance function smoothly do interfere continuous process.
