<p>One of the most significant effects Covid-19 Pandemic on adolescents is learning system at schools or universities that switches online and social environment limitation. The incapacity to adapt during a pandemic can cause stress, which affects adolescents’ poor mental health. Therefore, efforts must be made maintain health, including provision Spiritual Motivation Training Emotion Regulation Workshops. purpose this study examine effectiveness Workshop in reducing stress levels, enhancing emotional regulation skills, improving This employs action research methods. Observation, interviews, Stress Inventory Scale, Emotional Questionnaire, Mental Health were used collect data. mixed-methods design. Wilcoxon Test theories Miles, Huberman, Saldana utilized 11 participants filled out measurement instruments before after receiving treatment. found successful respondent subject understanding steps involved implementing emotion regulation, but less effective health.</p>
