Background: Cancer patients often suffer from high levels of distress. Mobile health (mHealth) applications might be an innovative way to deliver mindfulness and relaxation interventions for cancer patients. However, data about the implementation apps in care are lacking. Adherence mHealth is important indicator a successful needed maximize treatment effects. decrease distress reduce motivation engage such self-care tools long run. Therefore, aim this analysis was investigate association between course over time adherence app Methods: We developed (CanRelax) 83 who participated prospective observational study used at least once.
