Improvement of CT Target Scanning Quality for Pulmonary Nodules by PDCA Management Method

High CT image quality is an important guarantee for doctors to correctly diagnose pulmonary nodules. The aim of this study was explore the application value PDCA management method in improving target scanning We identified 480 patients’ with at least one nodule admitted Ninghai First hospital from September 1st, 2018, April 30th, 2019. 240 images are carried out by conventional method, and we analyzed reasons low some nodules radiology department our hospital. established a new process based on then tested patients who were checked after January excellent rate increased 60.0% more than 90.0%. satisfaction examination significantly higher that without implementation management. research result indicated image, postprocessing reconstruction, numerical measurement can be improved standardized cycle, which benefits effectively theoretical operational skills radiologists
