Improvement of combat readiness for Republic of Korea Army

The Russian invasion of Ukraine highlights the importance strengthening combat readiness in military. purpose this study was to devise a policy implementation that can ensure appropriateness evaluation using improvement elements current Korean Army. To do so, acts and regulations assessment application cases field units were analyzed, necessary improvements derived by collecting expert opinions Delphi survey. analysis revealed weights for each element through analytic hierarchy process survey presented assess quantitative (troops, equipment, supplies, competency) at C-level, use judgment suggested assist commander reasonably determining level qualitative factors when evaluating grade (final decision unit) mission (MA-level). results be applied identify poor objectively report them accurately upper unit.
