This research is based on discussions with a senior Physical Education trainer (teacher) at SMAN 1 AROSBAYA, Bangkalan Regency, one of the subjects students really like. I like volleyball sports materials. Teachers in field Education, Health and Recreation AROSBAYA apply that when teaching students, almost all are happy understand material. The purpose this study was to determine effect jumping rope training vertical jump athletes extracurricular activities Arosbaya.
