Improved Active Contour Snake Model for Hollow Filter Bar Roundness Inspection

Cigarette filter rods are a kind of easily deformed and irregularly shaped parts, the quality cigarette is often measured by rod roundness index, although they affected factors such as environment humidity, which can affect detection show blurred images. For image roundness, an improved active contour snake model algorithm proposed. The experimental results that in analysis iteration number on performance, performance gradually leveled off at 200. Comparing PR with traditional balloon force algorithm, accuracy recall rates obtained were 0.803 0.798, respectively, greater than other two algorithms; error value residual under was always smaller algorithms, indicated convergence effect bar better algorithms. abovementioned indicate has high feasibility effectiveness application significant value.
