چکیده

We propose a projection based multi-moment matching method for model order reduction of quadratic-bilinear systems. The goal is to construct reduced system that ensures higher-order moment the multivariate transfer functions appearing in input-output representation non-linear system. An existing technique achieves this first two functions, what called symmetric form functions. extend framework an equivalent and simplified form, regular which allows us show three Numerical results benchmark examples systems proposed exhibits better performance with computational cost comparison techniques.

Balanced Truncation Model Order Reduction for Quadratic-bilinear Control Systems

We discuss balanced truncation model order reduction for large-scale quadraticbilinear (QB) systems. Balanced truncation for linear systems mainly involves the computation of the Gramians of the system, namely reachability and observability Gramians. These Gramians are extended to a general nonlinear setting in Scherpen (1993), where it is shown that Gramians for nonlinear systems are the solut...

Moment Matching Theorems for Dimension Reduction of Higher-Order Dynamical Systems via Higher-Order Krylov Subspaces

Moment matching theorems for Krylov subspace based model reduction of higherorder linear dynamical systems are presented in the context of higher-order Krylov subspaces. We introduce the definition of a nth-order Krylov subspace Kn k ({Ai} n i=1;u) based on a sequence of n square matrices {Ai}i=1 and vector u. This subspace is a generalization of Krylov subspaces for higher-order systems, incor...

Model Order Reduction for Neutral Systems by Moment Matching

Circuits with delay elements are very popular and important in the simulation of very-large-scale integration (VLSI) systems. Neutral systems (NSs) with multiple constant delays (MCDs), for example, can be used to model the partial element equivalent circuits (PEECs), which are widely used in high-frequency electromagnetic (EM) analysis. In this paper, the model order reduction (MOR) problem fo...

Implicit Volterra series interpolation for model reduction of bilinear systems

We propose a new interpolatory framework for model reduction of largescale bilinear systems. The input-output representation of a bilinear system in frequency domain involves a series of multivariate transfer functions, each representing a subsystem of the bilinear system. If a weighted sum of these multivariate transfer functions associated with a reduced bilinear system interpolates a weighte...

Model Order Reduction for Maxwell Equations based on Moment Matching

The numerical simulation of electromagnetic fields is a frequent and time-consuming task in many applications. The behavior of electromagnetic fields is typically described by the timedomain Maxwell equations of first order. These lead to large-scale time-dependent partial differential equations in three spatial dimensions. Often one is only interested in the input-output properties of this sys...
