The economy of Bangladesh is growing rapidly with the power Ready Made Garments industry which remains highest exporting sector nation from very beginning. With time being RMG has been facing many challenges and increasing production costs always a bigger concern. higher cost manufacturing any garment compare to its previous ten years while offering buyer approximately same. Considering this more focused on reducing maximize profit margin. This paper aims demonstrate comparative changes in terms Cycle time, Standard Minute Value (SMV), Capacity, Hourly target, Manpower, salary by implementing Kaizen process basic shorts process. Improving kaizen, work-study, motion study three separate processes result huge saving for industry. Comparison data done evaluating breakdown products considering before after kaizen implementation. comparison considers floor results 4 minutes, 10 operators, $11,520 yearly savings also ensures increase capacity, efficiency, hourly target. So can lead better output showing guidelines manufacturers expertise as well.
