Implementation of 'cultural values' concept in criminal law system

This research focuses on the topical issues of meaningful disconnection concept 'cultural values' and pluralism in definition this concept. Cultural criminal law system are unified homogeneous, which leads to scientific disputes contradictions. The aim work is develop interpretative field system, with prospect further rethinking legal related specifics national cultures, problems spirituality, morality, ethics. Using dialectical method cognition structure comparison, systematization analysis legal, sociological, cultural other concepts, we come statement importance values certain categories law, as well highlight critical aspects matters international regulation problems.
