This descriptive qualitative study aims to investigate the implementation of digital literacy during Covid-19 through Sapulidi program at one high schools in Southeast Sulawesi. Data were garnered observation, interviews, and documentation from principal, head school team, members team. The findings show that was carried out three stages: a) increasing capacity facilitators training for residents, b) number variety learning resources provision QR code-based books on library websites use applications, c) providing computer internet access information websites, libraries, codes environment. forms used include learning, plants, trophy displays, students' works school, galleries, corners classroom, books.KEYWORDS: Covid-19; program; school; code
