Impact of social norms on consumer perception towards green consumer durable products: An analytical study in Delhi/NCR

Social norms are the social behavior of individual to observe things. It is a generally accepted principle society. Norms can be changed according environment, situation, and culture in which they found. Accordingly, people's may also change. As we observed that there severe threat our natural environment its deteriorating condition cause harmful impacts on human health. Although present times societies have become more aware concerned about but still long way achieve target healthy environment. Consumer perception going towards changes perspective consumption goods services it tries move green products as compared conventional products. In way, marketing promotes supports The core objectives study find out impact form consumer durable products, especially Delhi/NCR. To prove hypotheses descriptive statistics has been used with help statistical packages for sciences software version 26. A well-structured 5 point Likert scale questionnaire formed collect data simple random sampling method.
