IMPACT OF ROOTING PROMOTER (PHOS ROOT-X) WITH OR WITHOUT USING IBA ON ROOTING OF TERMINAL AND MIDDLE CUTTINGS OF ROSEMARY (ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS L.)

This study was carried out in the Ornamental Plants Farm, Horticulture Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.  Two individual experiments were done.  The first experiment aimed to effect Phos root-x as newly rooting promoter at different rates (0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 cm3/l) on terminal cuttings rosemary plants. 20th July during two seasons 2019 2020.  consisted 7 treatments with replicates, every replicate contained per treatment. Data collected refer that cm3/l promotors best. Chemical analysis cutting refers a decreasing C/N ratio increasing concentrations. second done 25th October same seasons, 2020 for both middle treated complex or without IBA, 0, IBA 100, 500 ppm combination. 24 treatments; each treatment three replicates replicate. showed all parameters best types cuttings, higher concentration phos favored better results especially level. These may be due concentrations amino acids inside promotor compound (Phos root-x).
