Impact of government subsidy on the remanufacturing industry regarding technology cooperation

Under the environmental concerns of consumers, this study uses game theory to analyze impact government subsidies on remanufacturing and protection. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) independent remanufacturer (IR) can select cooperation non-cooperation, which are facilitated by subsidies, in two ways, including technology licensing R & D joint-venture. We design a market where consumers care about environment, involving government, an OEM IR. finds that quality level products proportion transfer important factors influencing strategies.
