چکیده

Recent developments of nanostructured coatings have reached a point where extensive investigations within multi-layer systems are necessary for further implementation in novel photonic systems. Although sculptured thin films explored decades, no optical and structural measurements been performed anisotropic with different deposition conditions the dense layer. In this paper, we present morphological analysis on silica films. Changing angle from 66° to 84°, indicate changes surface filling 84% 57%, respectively, while phase retardance has maximal value 0.032°/nm at 70° 72° angles. We also investigation covering such structures layer conditions. As result, technology maintaining initial properties is developed extending spectral difference 1.6 times retardation by 5% coatings. Furthermore, simulations growing using experimental Virtual Coater framework resulting virtual comparison measurements. The minimal impact anisotropy porous 30° during constant substrate rotation.

Characterisation of TiO2 Thin Films and Multilayer Antireflective Coatings - SE07

TiO2 films are extensively studied because of their interesting chemical, electrical and optical properties. TiO2 is a high bandgap semiconductor that is transparent to visible light and has excellent optical transmittance. TiO2 has high refractive index and good insulating properties, and as a result it is widely used as protective layer for very large scale integrated (VLSI) circuits and for ...

Nanostructured Iron-nickel Thin Films Synthesized by Electroless Polyol Deposition

FexNi100-x thin films were deposited on conductive (Cu) and non-conductive (Pd activated glass) substrate using an electroless, polyol method. The stoichiometry of film composition, as compared to the precursor concentration, strongly depended on the substrate position. When the substrate was immersed in the refluxing solution, Fe-deficient films were deposited. However Fe-rich films were synth...

Studies on sol-gel dip-coated nanostructured ZnO thin films

Nanostructured ZnO thin films were prepared by sol-gel dip coating technique. Zinc acetate and ammonium hydroxide were used as precursors and ethanol was as solvent. Ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH) solution was added drop-wise under vigorous stirring to obtain the sol-gel of different pH (varying from 6.9 to 7.2). ZnO thin films were obtained by dipping the glass substrates for few seconds and then ...

Optical properties of nanostructured TiO2 thin films and their application as antireflection coatings on infrared detectors.

Oblique-angle deposited titanium dioxide (TiO(2)) nanorods have attracted much attention as good antireflection (AR) coating material due to their low n profile. Therefore, it is necessary to better understand the optical properties of these nanorods. TiO(2) nanorods grown on glass and Si substrates were characterized in the visible (0.4-0.8 μm) and infrared (2-12 μm) regions to extract their c...
