Impact of COVID-19 Lockdown on Mental Health, Physical Activity, and Eating Behaviours Among IT Professionals in India

Governments took preventive measures like lockdown to curb the spread of global COVID-19 pandemic, which affected mental health many, their eating behaviours, and physical activity. This study focused on evaluating impact these aspects among IT professionals considering change in working patterns. was a web-based cross-sectional conducted Pune city. A total 103 participants participated by completing an online structured questionnaire shared through various social media platforms. Information regarding vitals, activity, behaviour collected. The DASS-21 scale used assess health. prevalence stress, anxiety, depression found as 20.4 %, 44.7 35.9 respectively. Based BMI, majority population obese (63 %), almost 57 % thought body weight had increased during lockdown.
