چکیده

Heterozygosity is the major constraint in perennial fruit crop like mango for regular bearing breeding. Majority of popular varieties have irregular habit. Many external and internal factors affect habit crops. Among factors, level carbohydrate reserves phytohormones plays a role on crops apple, citrus, mango, litchi etc., Therefore, present research work aimed to study metabolism pathways genotypes varying origin. A total 30 primers were designed using silico mining four key genes coding citrate synthase, alcohol dehydrogenase, sucrose phosphate synthase trehalose synthase. These play important sugar starch mango. Of these specific primers, 14 showed polymorphism among studied. Gene diversity (GD), average number alleles per locus (An), information content (PIC) allele frequency (Maf) observed 0.45, 2.14, 0.35, 0.59, respectively. Simple sequence repeats markers grouped 63.15% studied bearers together. Further, could be utilized greater regularity.

Mango (Mangifera indica L.) Lyophilization Using Vacuum-Induced Freezing

Abstract—Lyophilization, also called freeze-drying, is an important dehydration technique mainly used for pharmaceuticals. Food industry also uses lyophilization when it is important to retain most of the nutritional quality, taste, shape and size of dried products and to extend their shelf life. Vacuum-Induced during freezing cycle (VI) has been used in order to control ice nucleation and, con...

Volatile components from mango (Mangifera indica L.) cultivars.

The volatile components of 20 mango cultivars were investigated by means of simultaneous distillation-extraction, GC, and GC-MS. Three hundred and seventy-two compounds were identified, of which 180 were found for the first time in mango fruit. The total concentration of volatiles was approximately 18-123 mg/kg of fresh fruit. Terpene hydrocarbons were the major volatiles of all cultivars, the ...

Effect of Potassium Permanganate on Physico-Chemical Changes and Shelf Life of Mango (Mangifera indica L.)

Mango fruits (cv. Fazli and Khirsapat) were treated with 3 dosages (5, 10 and 20g) of Potassium permanganate (PP) and kept in sealed polythene bags at normal room temperature (28-33 C). It was observed that PP had little effect on colour development in both the cultivars. All the treated fruits remained green upto 6 days of storage. All the treatments delayed ripening of mango fruits from 2.37 ...

Molecular diversity of Pakistani mango (Mangifera indica L.) varieties based on microsatellite markers.

Understanding the genetic diversity of different Pakistani mango varieties is important for germplasm management and varietal characterization. Microsatellites are efficient and highly polymorphic markers for comparative genome mapping, and were used in the present study to determine the genetic relatedness and variability among 15 indigenous mango cultivars (Mangifera indica L.). Overall, 181 ...

Data on enterobacteria activity on biofilm formation at surface mango fruit (Mangifera indica L.) cv Ataulfo

Abiotic factors influenced the capacity of the strains to form biofilms. Classification of the adhesion type is related with the optical density measured on the biofilm formation of tested strains. The relationship between the biofilm formation in real values with theoretical values of the strains was used to determine the mechanism involved during mixed cultures.
