Impact of aversive leadership on followers’ moral disengagement

This study investigated the impact of aversive leadership in teaching staff private schools on subordinates’ moral engagement with and moderation proactive personality. Convenient sampling was used data were collected cross-sectionally using quantitative technique. A total 350 samples is undertaken a response rate 71%. The found to be positively affecting disengagement as they might consider their leaders’ behavior an excuse for immorality. However, personalities insignificant need conducive environment or proper training show up behavior. Also, employees are whistleblowers. They lose job put danger being proactive.
