The application of battery energy storage (BES) in microgrid systems has attracted much attention recent years. It is because the BES able to store excess power and discharge its when needed. In islanded systems, starting be considered as a unit that can regulate system frequency. control used display frequency regulation performance called load-frequency (LFC). However, this participation resulted large size high expansion planning cost. paper, an advanced LFC limitation compared traditional proposed. proposed implies droop base limitations. Compared LFC, reduce costs.
