چکیده
Ostracods are common microcrustaceans in inland waters, widely used as (palaeo-) environmental indicators. Information on their species distribution worldwide is extremely fragmentary, and usually biased towards some regions, hampering attaining a general view of biogeography. The Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands Macaronesia considered biodiversity hotspots part Mediterranean Region, whose non-marine ostracod fauna was reviewed 1990s accounting for 88 species. Most these data were included NODE database (Non-marine Ostracod Distribution Europe). Here, we present IMOST (Ibero-Balearic Macaronesian OSTracod database), Peninsula Islands, incorporating plus many new records from recently published studies unpublished observations. Our stores separated standardised spreadsheets, one each source. Moreover, also offers updated, accurate coordinates cited occurrence taxonomic identification. According to compiled IMOST, updated list ostracods studied region 118 Nevertheless, expect that actual number regions should be higher, considering other countries with smaller areas but more extensive surveys (e.g. 152 Italy). instrumental our understanding biogeographic patterns organisms this hotspot, well analysing species-environment relationships context global changes.

This is the first published database of Bathynellacea. It includes all data of bathynellids (Crustacea, Bathynellacea) collected in the last 64 years (1949 to 2013) on the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Island. The samples come from groundwater (caves, springs, wells and hyporrheic habitat associated rivers) from both sampling campaigns and occasional sampling conducted throughout the Iberian P...

this thesis is based upon the works of samuel beckett. one of the greatest writers of contemporary literature. here, i have tried to focus on one of the main themes in becketts works: the search for the real "me" or the real self, which is not only a problem to be solved for beckett man but also for each of us. i have tried to show becketts techniques in approaching this unattainable goal, base...

The genus Baldellia Parl. has always been a complex taxon. Three species and three subspecies have been proposed for the Iberian Peninsula. The morphological variation of this genus in the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic islands and northern Morocco, and its thermo-pluviometric and altitudinal correlation are the focus of this contribution. Twenty-eight morphological variables were examined and sub...
