Immunohistochemical examination of p97/VCP expression in developing mouse pancreas and liver

Abstract
 Aim: The 97-kDa Valosin-containing protein has important functions in proteolysis. Although the expression of p97 / VCP been studied many types cells and tissues, localization at cellular level developing mouse pancreas liver not determined. Therefore, aim our study was investigate immuolocalization p97/VCP rat fetal postnatal pancreas. 
 Material Methods: from fetal, (1, 5, 15, 35 days old ) adult (50 old) mice were examined by using immunohistochemistry order to determine p97/VCP. Furthermore development histomorphologically analyzed under light microscope. Results: histological structures maintained period. differences between endocrine exocrine significantly observed 5th day. Langerhans islets determined day 5. also seen all days. expressed pancreatic tissues its increased with development.
 Conclusion: This is first examine distribution forms basis for clinical studies function cells.
