چکیده
Multiple primary malignant neoplasms (MPMNs) is a complex process in which the development of 2 or more simultaneously after certain interval observed. MPMNs develop independently from each other within one organs. Many etiopathogenetic factors can cause MPMNs. Numerous studies have been conducted to study effect T-cell immunity on this pathology. Today, there steady upward trend prevalence mpmns, which, hand, due effective methods early diagnosis, an increase patient overall survival, and antitumor therapy (chemotherapy, radiation therapy), may be associated with pathology T-regulatory cellular immunity. cells play strategic role immune homeostasis, their function closely related occurrence wide range pathologies, including autoimmune diseases neoplasms. The article presents clinical case confirmed diagnosis: mpmn, thrombocytopenia (idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura). On prednisolone therapy, remission was achieved for metachronous tumors complete hematological response obtained. were no signs hemorrhagic syndrome complications during prednisone therapy. It planned continue monitoring by hematologist, oncologist at place residence, as well center orphan Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute named M. F. Vladimirsky control platelets general condition.

Primary immune thrombocytopenia is an autoimmune disorder of unknown cause affecting both children and adults. The low peripheral blood platelet count is caused by premature platelet destruction by self-reacting antibodies in addition to an impairment of platelet production. The disease is heterogeneous in its pathophysiology, clinical features and responses to treatment. To date, most of the t...
