Image Encoding Using Multi?Level DNA Barcodes with Nanopore Readout

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) nanostructure-based data encoding is an emerging information storage mode, offering rewritable, editable, and secure storage. Herein, a DNA method established on solid-state nanopore sensing platform to save encrypt 2D grayscale image proposed. multi-way junctions of different sizes are attached double strand carriers, resulting in distinct levels current blockades when passing through glass with diameters around 14 nm. The quaternary doubles the capacity relative classical binary system. Through toehold-mediated displacement reactions, nanostructures can be precisely added removed from carrier. By into 16 carriers using barcodes reading them one simultaneous measurement, successfully saved, encrypted, recovered. Avoiding any proteins or enzymatic authors thus realize pure system increased programmability.
