چکیده
Probiotics have great potential in regulating intestinal pain. In this study, the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum AR495 on visceral sensitivity and gut microbiota irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) rats were studied. The results showed that tryptase released after mast cell activation degranulation plays a key role pain, L. reduced stimulation colonic cells expression protease-activated receptor 2 (PAR2) TRPV1 dorsal root ganglia (DRG). Research further supplementation with increased level short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) enhanced barrier function colon. addition, analysis colon indicated promoted proliferation Bifidobacterium inhibited Lachnospiraceae, which alleviated imbalance caused by IBS to certain extent. total, might reduce through Mast cell-PAR2-TRPV1 signaling pathway maintaining homeostasis barrier.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Gut Microbiota and Probiotics
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a complex disorder characterized by abdominal symptoms including chronic abdominal pain or discomfort and altered bowel habits. The etiology of IBS is multifactorial, as abnormal gut motility, visceral hypersensitivity, disturbed neural function of the brain-gut axis and an abnormal autonomic nervous system are all implicated in disease progression. Based on re...

Progress in the understanding of the pathophysiology of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), once thought to be a purely psychosomatic disease, has advanced considerably and low-grade inflammation and changes in the gut microbiota now feature as potentially important. The human gut harbours a huge microbial ecosystem, which is equipped to perform a variety of functions such as digestion of food, met...
متن کاملGut Microbiota as Potential Orchestrators of Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a multifactorial functional disorder with no clearly defined etiology or pathophysiology. Modern culture-independent techniques have improved the understanding of the gut microbiota's composition and demonstrated that an altered gut microbiota profile might be found in at least some subgroups of IBS patients. Research on IBS from a microbial perspective is gain...
