چکیده
Objectives To analyze clinicopathological risk factors and regular pattern of regional lymph node metastasis (LNM) in Chinese patients with T1 breast cancer the effect on overall survival (OS) disease-free (DFS). Materials methods Between 1999 2020, meeting inclusion criteria unilateral, no distant metastatic site, invasive ductal carcinoma were reviewed. Clinical pathology characteristics retrieved from medical records. Survival analysis was performed using Kaplan−Meier an adjusted Cox proportional hazards model. Results We enrolled 11,407 eligible as a discovery cohort to explore for LNM 3484 stage T1N0 identify those OS DFS. Compared N- status, N+ status had younger age, larger tumor size, higher Ki67 level, grade, HR+ HER2+ percentages, luminal B HER2-positive subtype percentages. Logistic regression indicated that age protective factor size/higher grade/HR+ LNM. limited (N1) patients, extensive (N2/3) sizes, levels, grades, HR- lower A grade/HER2+ grade predictor both DFS; HR but not Multivariate model demonstrated level be predictors HER2 DFS patients. Conclusion In there several differences between Besides, plays dual role without LNM, are OS,

Histopathologic risk factors for lymph node metastasis in patients with T1 colorectal cancer
Purpose Evaluating the risk of lymph node metastasis (LNM) is critical for determining subsequent treatments following endoscopic resection of T1 colorectal cancer (CRC). This study analyzed histopathologic risk factors for LNM in patients with T1 CRC. Methods This study involved 745 patients with T1 CRC who underwent endoscopic (n = 97) or surgical (n = 648) resection between January 2001 an...
متن کاملClinicopatholgic Parameters Associated With Regional Lymph Node Metastasis In Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A Retrospective Study
Background and Objective: Oral cancer accounts for less than 3% of all cancers. Despite recent improvement in diagnostic and treatment methods, the overall survival of the disease is unfavorable. Several studies have been performed to assess factors influencing lymph node metastasis and prognosis. The aim of this study was to evaluate some clinical and pathological factors influencing lymph ...

Background: Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed and the leading cause of cancer death among females worldwide. The rate of breast cancer incidence among Iranian women is 17% of all cancers, it has been ranked first in Iran. This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting axillary lymph node involvement in female patients with breast cancer. Methods: A cross-sectional study was c...
متن کاملPotential role of hsa_circ_0003098 circular RNA in breast cancer and its association with demographic factors and lymph node metastasis
Background and Objectives: A growing amount of evidence has revealed that circular RNAs (circRNAs), covalently closed single-stranded non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), play significant roles in initiation and progression of breast cancer (BC) through different mechanisms. This study aims to investigate the hsa_circ_0003098 expression and its potential roles in BC, as well as the circRNA/miRNA/mRNA cro...
متن کاملClinicopathological Factors Predicting Non-sentinel Lymph Node Metastasis of Breast Cancer in Iran
Axillary lymph node (ALN) status is an important factor in the staging, prognosis and selection of an appropriate treatment modality in early breast cancer. Axillary dissection is currently the standard of care in patients with a positive sentinel lymph node (SLN) (Mcmasters et al., 2000; Cady, 2001). Recently, the survival benefit of completion axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) for all pat...
