IDENTIFIKASI SPESIES MENGGUNAKAN DNA BARCODING DALAM MENUNJANG BUDIDAYA DAN KONSERVASI TERIPANG DI PERAIRAN LAMPUNG

Teripang merupakan komoditas perikanan yang saat ini dibudidayakan dan dieksploitasi di perairan Lampung. Namun terdapat kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi teripang karena kemiripan morfologis antara spesies ada. Identifikasi baik berguna agar proses pembudidayaan konservasi dapat tepat sasaran. Penggunaan DNA barcoding digunakan untuk jenis-jenis ada, jarak genetik, keragaman genetik intra/inter spesies. Penelitian bertujuan Lampung dengan menggunakan sekuen gen COI. diambil metode jelajah pada surut scuba diving. Pengamatan primer universal ceF, pengeditan diurutkan program Geneious ver 9 BLAST. Konstruksi pohon filogenetik dilakukan neighbor joining (NJ) model Kimura-2. menunjukkan teridentifikasi adalah Holothuria leucospilota, H. atra, Stichopus vastus, S. horrens kesamaan 99%-100%. vastus memiliki terendah pengurangan tinggi. Rekonstruksi memperlihatkan pengelompokkan spesies-spesies ke genus Stichopus. sp. morfologi tinggi sehingga kesalahan identifikasi sering terjadi. secara cepat akurat pengelolaan budidaya maupun pengambilan langsung alam berkelanjutan. menjadi kunci utama upaya sasaran berkelanjutan.Sea cucumbers is a highly valued fishery commodity that currently cultivated and exploited in waters.
