Background: Food contamination can be caused by various factors, including food handler knowledge, body hygiene, sanitation, and the cleanliness of cutlery. A microbiological examination that done is a swab cooking utensils cutlery, germ count examination. The dispenser one tableware widely used community to provide drinks. use dispensers in gallon bottled drinking water consumers makes serving practical, but generally less considered consumers.Objectives: study aims determine number germs standard-temperature faucets hot-temperature faucet using TPC (Total Plate Count) method.Methods: This type research explanatory through descriptive-analytic approach. was conducted at Medical Technology Laboratory 2022. Samples were taken from five depot managers Banda Aceh City. media reagents Physiological NaCl (0,85%), Aquadest, Nutrient Agar (NA) media. Statistical analysis Independent T-test 95% CI.Results: normal-temperature showed highest germs, 193 colonies/cm2, lowest shown (23 colonies/cm2). There difference between standard taps hot (p= 0,025) several City.Conclusion: significant swabs faucets.
