Identifikasi Getaran Mekanis Thrust Bearing Pompa Sulzer Bingham yang Mengalami Kegagalan

Thrust bearing yang berfungsi mendukung gaya-gaya terjadi pada  pompa Sulzer Bingham Type 8 x 10 13 MSD – D 3 Stage akan mengalami kerusakan berakibat kegagalan pula komponen lain. Perubahan sifat mekanik disebabkan oleh kondisi pembebanan tidak baik, seperti terjadinya unbalanced dan poros sesumbu (missalignment) menimbulakan getaran.Metode diterapkan dalam pengujian melalui pendekatan analisis thrust 7310 BECBM. Data BECBM didapatkan frekuensi vibrasi, intensitas kebisingan dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan vibrasi bentuk domain bantuan software MATLAB.Data pengamatan 0 1225 jam menunjukkan indikasi ditemukan 1663 jam. arah horizontal unbalanced. Spektrum terhadap vertikal ditunjukkan Gambar 7. fenomena bent shaft atau ketidaklurusan sumbu poros. Frekuensi lebih tinggi dibandingkan aksial. Komponen cage memiliki kekerasan rendah lainnya sehingga cepat kerusakan.
